We are scaling our remote commercial team and seeking a Business Development Intern to drive lead generation and early-stage sales. Primary Job Title: Business Development Intern (Remote, India) Role & Responsibilities Prospect and generate qualified leads for the sales team through various channels (e.g., cold outreach, social media, industry events). Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities. Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals. Assist in the development of marketing materials. Track and report on lead generation activities. Contribute to the improvement of the sales process. Learn about the HR Tech and online career services industry. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Passion for the HR Tech and online career services industry.
