What You’ll Do:

● Prospect and engage with direct brands in the finance, fintech, and lifestyle space to convert briefs into high-impact influencer campaigns.
● Build and manage a strong pipeline of brand partnerships, from outreach and negotiation to closing deals.
● Own and deliver on monthly revenue targets through successful conversions and renewals.
● Design innovative, data-backed influencer marketing solutions tailored to brand goals and the creator’s audience insights.
● Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and long-term partnerships with existing clients.
● Collaborate closely with the creative, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
● Track and optimise campaign ROI using analytics to drive better results and client retention.

What We’re Looking For:
● Strong background in business development, client servicing, or brand
partnerships, ideally within marketing, media, or influencer ecosystems.
● Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue through strategic
collaborations.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience
● Prior exposure to lifestyle & fintech brands is a plus.
