Business Development - Home Care CDMX

We are looking for a Business Development (Home Care Line) for the City of Mexico in the San Juan area where you will be responsible for profitability and working capital of your business, managing, executing, and controlling key functions to ensure the achievement of sales objectives. Additionally, you will lead the development of suppliers, ensuring that our client maintains and expands its competitive advantage according to the product and industry strategy selected.

Key Functions:

• Develop and administer a business plan for Home Care products and markets.
• Manage sales and training of the Home Care line.
• Provide key information to assigned sales force and account development teams.
• Conduct market analysis, competition, define segments, and establish commercial strategies and prices.
• Negotiate with suppliers and supervise margins and compliance with commercial policies.
• Ensure continuous product development, including specialties and commodities.
• Keep constantly updated information on prices, trends, and availability of materials.
• Meet business strategies and objectives of the Integrated Management System.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with all job requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in home care products and personnel.
• Knowledge of Office, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Availability to travel within the assigned zone.
• Laboratory staff management.
• Pleasure for commercial sales and field work.
• Intermediate-advanced English.
