Job description
ScoutRex is a pre-seed Talent-Intelligence Startup (currently in founding), emerging from the research environment of Leibniz University Hannover. At ScoutRex, we're building a fair and intelligent system – and our own team should reflect this mission. We welcome motivated, engaged, and professional applicants who are excited to join an early-stage company, really make a difference in their role, and be among the first people to shape the future of technology with us. We have a functioning prototype and are preparing an EXIST Founder's Grant application.
ScoutRex is being built by two founders on the scientific and technical side. We're now looking for someone who will take care of how ScoutRex opens up the DACH market. You'll work directly with the founders as a central early team member and shape our go-to-market from the first pilots. This is an operational role, not just building slides for a leadership position.
Aufgaben
- DACH pipeline build – research, identify, and approach German companies and HR teams for pilots and early partnerships.
- Be the face of ScoutRex – at pitches, partner meetings, university networks, and HR-tech events.
- Create pitch materials, presentations, and outreach, as well as shape our messaging and positioning.
- Support enterprise procurement conversations and labor union engagement.
- Localize product content for target markets and provide customer and market feedback to the founders.
- Be responsible for digital marketing and SEO strategy for the DACH market, manage local search presence, create region-specific content, run targeted campaigns, and track performance metrics to build an inbound pipeline parallel to outbound.
Qualifikation
- German as a native language or fluent, along with good English (our working language with the technical team).
- Entrepreneurial thinking interest or experience in business development, sales, marketing, or partnerships.
- Background in economics, management, or marketing (study or early career).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in representing a young company to large corporations.
- Eigeninitiative; you take responsibility in a small team.
- Genuine interest in AI, HR-tech, and startups; you don't have to be an engineer.
Benefits
-
Experience in B2B SaaS or HR-tech.
-
Knowledge of German enterprise procurement, labor law, or labor union processes.
-
Startup or entrepreneurial experience.
-
Fundamental digital and data competence, as well as design (tools, no-code); a plus, not a requirement.
