Hiring for Business Development Executive – Beauty & Cosmetics at Rajasthan Location: Nasirabad/ Dungarpur/ Chittaurgarh / Nawalgarh/ Fatehpur (Retail Store Based) Compensation: ₹16,000 (in-hand) ₹200 Daily TA/DA Attractive Incentives Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday Off) Role Overview We are hiring Business Development Executives for a leading online cosmetic & beauty products store. This role involves local market visits, sales meetings, and driving product visibility for Retail Super Stores. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and distributors • Identify and capitalize on trends in the beauty & cosmetics industry • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform future business decisions • Achieve monthly targets for new business development and revenue growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field • Strong understanding of the beauty & cosmetics industry and market trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
