Location: Singapore

We're hiring on behalf of an established international company supplying products to the marine and shipping industry across Southeast Asia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business, and expanding market presence within the maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts across Southeast Asia.
  • Build strong relationships with ship owners, ship managers, distributors, and other maritime customers.
  • Identify market opportunities and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage customer accounts, sales forecasts, and commercial activities while working closely with internal technical teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience selling physical products to the marine, maritime, shipping, or logistics industry.
  • Experience selling products used onboard vessels, such as:
  • Marine lubricants
  • Marine chemicals
  • Ship supplies
  • Marine consumables
  • Marine equipment
  • Engine parts
  • Pumps, valves, bearings, filtration products, ropes, hoses, coatings, or similar products
  • Candidates from shipping, logistics, or marine companies are welcome, provided they have experience selling physical products rather than freight forwarding, shipping agency, warehousing, customs brokerage, or other service-based solutions.
  • Proven track record in new business development, account management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to travel within Southeast Asia and work in Tuas, Singapore.
  • Fluent in English. Mandarin or Hindi is an advantage.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred).
