Job description
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts (Online as well as Offline)
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Handle and motivate team of Sales Executives over a period of time
- Lay foundation of Strong Sales for
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
