Business Development Engineer - Renewable Energy Industry

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated Renewable Energy Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team in Cape Town. This role focuses on developing sales opportunities for renewable energy solutions, particularly in medium to large Commercial and Industrial (C&I) projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and customers to create optimized technical solutions for renewable energy projects, driving our mission to provide sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers. • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector. • Collaborating with internal teams to develop technical solutions for renewable energy projects. • Providing expert-level support to customers on renewable energy technologies and solutions. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in renewable energy. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, business development, or a related field. • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and their applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
