Job Description
Developing the portfolio of clients and increasing revenue in the allocated business area
Governing the relationship with clients as a single point of contact, from identifying needs to implementing projects
Identifying and qualifying business opportunities in domains such as: critical infrastructure, airports and air traffic, internal security and public order, utilities, telecommunications, cyber & digitalization
Organizing and supporting high-level meetings with clients and potential partners
Offering consulting services in defining requirements and transforming them into concrete solutions and projects
Coordinating the internal process of tendering, in collaboration with technical and engineering teams
Negotiating commercial offers and contracts within established limits with management
Monitoring project progress, invoicing, and respecting contractual terms
Analyzing markets, competitors, and trends, proposing strategies and development plans
Periodic reporting on sales performance and project status
Ensuring the quality of client relationships and efficient handling of complaints
