Job Description: 1. Recruiting and building relationships with potential agencies/supporters /diamond agents to reach cooperation on the platform. 2. Continuing to promote the recruitment of agencies, supporters and diamond agents, developing strategies to maintain and grow the number of agencies/supporters. 3. Hunting for and inviting new supporters who can purchase on the platform, improving the retention of these supporters. 4. Assisting and collaborating with the team to monitor the performance of existing supporters, identifying opportunities for growth and development. 5. Developing and implementing strategies to increase the engagement of agencies/supporters on the platform, fostering a sense of community and encouraging collaboration. 6. Providing support and guidance to agencies/supporters as needed, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the platform. 7. Collaborating with other teams to identify opportunities for growth and development, and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. 8. Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to agency/supporter engagement and retention, making data-driven decisions to optimize the platform's performance.
