Business Developer in Defence (Land Systems) (m/f/d) | 100% | Germany

A defense technology company wants to continue growing with solutions for land systems. You will find suitable programs, build customer relationships, and accompany projects up to offer and contract. You work from home.

What defines the position

• 100% remote from all over Germany, with travel to customers and partners
• You will win land systems programs and manage them up to offer and contract

Your responsibilities

• You evaluate markets and land systems programs domestically and abroad
• You win new contracts and manage them through the bidding and contract phase
• You define market access, sales channels, and positioning for target markets
• You build contacts with armed forces, procurement agencies, and industry partners
• You monitor technologies, competition, and threat situations and derive recommendations
• You manage the pipeline with program management, sales, and engineering

Your profile

• Several years of experience in new business in the defense industry – for example, as a Business Developer, in Key Account Management, or in Sales
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable
• Knowledge of procurement processes and standards in the defense environment
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, confident in bid and contract business
• Fluent German and English, high willingness to travel
