Business Developer (Business Manager)

We are looking for a Business Developer (Business Manager), a results-oriented individual with strong coordination and customer relationship development skills. In this role, you will manage complex industrial automation projects, coordinating the operational, technical, and financial aspects of the project portfolio. Additionally, from this position, you will be responsible for developing the client portfolio in accordance with the business strategy. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, playing an essential role in achieving objectives, increasing project performance, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

🎯 What you will do with us:

Project Management

·       Manage industrial automation projects throughout their execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and contractual requirements are met.

·       Plan the necessary resources for efficient project execution, in conjunction with Project Managers.

·       Monitor project performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.

·       Manage technical, operational, and financial risks associated with projects.

Commercial Development

·       Be the primary point of contact for portfolio clients throughout the project execution.

·       Prospect the market for new clients in accordance with the business unit strategy.

·       Develop and maintain professional relationships with beneficiaries, identifying collaboration and development opportunities.

·       Participate in the development of the project portfolio and the preparation of technical-commercial offers.

Financial Project Management

·       Track project profitability and adherence to established financial objectives.

·       Monitor costs, invoicing, and collections related to coordinated projects.

Team Management and Internal Collaboration

·       Coordinate subordinate staff and resources allocated to projects.

·       Evaluate the performance of subordinate staff and contribute to their development.

·       Participate in the integration of new employees and knowledge transfer within the team.

·       Collaborate with support departments: finance, HR, procurement, quality, H&S, legal, and other relevant functions.

·       Higher education, technical field

·       Professional experience – 3-5 years of experience in managing complex industrial projects

·       Customer orientation and ability to develop commercial relationships

·       Entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation

·       Proactivity and innovation

·       Analytical skills and negotiation skills

·       English language – advanced level

·       Availability for travel (Category B driver's license)
