Aufgaben

This is what awaits you.

You will practically build our growth: videos shoot and edit, creatives build, campaigns set up, landing pages test, leads generate and deals close. Full funnel, from awareness to revenue – quickly, pragmatically, measurable. The following tasks await you:

• Content & Creatives: Conceptualize, shoot, edit short videos, create ads & social assets, thumbnails.
• Paid & Organic Acquisition: Set up, test and scale ads on various platforms.
• Web & Tracking: Build landing pages, track events & conversions.
• Automation & Tooling: CRM/marketing automation, Zapier/make flows, simple scripts/prompts, UTM hygiene.
• Outbound & Sales Enablement: Sequences (email/LinkedIn), lead research, qualification, pipeline maintenance in CRM, offers & follow-ups.
• Go-to-Market: Develop offer/messaging, hooks & value props.
• Analytics & Learning: Plan experiments, reporting, win/loss and budget control.

• Video editing routine & design understanding.

• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, 'done > perfect', fun building.
