Business & Data Analyst (H/F)

Manpower ​ . ​ - Business Analysis : Elicit and analyze needs for interfaces with ERP - Key user ERP ProConcept (and reference for consulting different business groups) - Pilot and follow improvement tickets related to ERP and its interfaces - Participate in the development of rules for managing basic data and logistics and production flows ; - Document workflows, procedures, and operational modes related to company operations, and ensure user training - Participate in projects linked to data management and optimization allowing for smooth supply-chain and production functioning. - Participate in developing IT-IS roadmap - Ensure reliable and transparent communication with internal and external partners - Participate in company performance - Act and think in a sustainable development approach as well as optimizing responsible logistics flows - Ensure the sustainability of information systems linked to ERP and its different connectors

Profil - You hold a Diploma of Technician ES, or equivalent - You justify recognized experience of at least 5 years in application development and/or similar function, combined with Supply Chain skills - You are capable of performing SQL developments in ERP interface - You master office software and BI solutions (Power BI, Cognos or Tableau) - Autonomous personality, rigorous and solution-oriented, you have a keen sense of detail and possess strong analytical spirit - Additionally, you are a force for proposal and endowed with easy communication ​ .
