📄 JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Group Sourcing department, you will work in close collaboration with the commercial directors of Brandsplace and their business managers to develop and implement short, medium, and long-term plans, by organizing performance monitoring and facilitating data access. You will join the Brandsplace Data team and report to the Group Commercial Data Manager. Your scope of action will cover all of Brandsplace's business sectors, such as commerce, logistics, marketing, or customer relationship management.
🎯 MISSIONS
Build performance monitoring tools: revenue, margin, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Carry out weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of commercial results. Calculate bonuses across the entire Brandsplace scope. Collaborate closely with Business Managers and Commercial Directors to meet their data needs. Develop commercial forecasts and implement associated processes and tools. Design advanced dashboards on MicroStrategy to automate reporting processes. Formulate and request complex SQL queries to address business issues and needs.
👉 REQUIREMENTS
You have at least 3 years of experience in a demanding reporting environment, including the creation and management of models on Google Sheets or Excel. Knowledge of the Marketplace business is a plus. You are comfortable with data from multiple sources, even when complex, and have excellent modeling skills. Previous experience in SQL is not mandatory but is a real asset. You have a good understanding of the various businesses within the company and their commercial challenges. You have excellent command of English, which is essential for the role. You are passionate about business, want to understand performance drivers, and are curious to discover what can be developed or optimized. You enjoy teamwork and are strongly committed to collective success. You are an excellent communicator and can simply explain complex subjects to stakeholders with diverse profiles. You are very rigorous, problem-solving oriented, and have a strong sense of initiative.
