Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L analysis, forecasts and performance tracking Conduct variance analysis against budget and forecast, providing clear insights into the organisation's financial performance Identify and address any significant variances between actual and budgeted results Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information Provide expert advice on financial planning and control processes to support business decision-making Collaborate with finance teams to develop and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
