As part of the development of our Controlling department into an active steering and business partner, we are looking for a Business Controller:in / Business Partner:in (m/w/d) - full-time or part-time position. The ideal candidate should have a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in controlling, financial planning, and budgeting. In addition to the above-mentioned qualifications, we are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The tasks will include: • Financial planning and budgeting; • Controlling and monitoring of business processes; • Development and implementation of controlling concepts; • Analysis and evaluation of financial data; • Preparation of reports and presentations; • Collaboration with other departments (e.g., finance, HR); • Support in the development of strategies and goals.
