Description of the role: For our internal AFC department, we are looking for a Business Controller. The ideal candidate, holding a master's degree in economic disciplines, has gained at least 4 years of experience in the role or in primary consulting or auditing companies. The resource, inserted directly into the company, will be responsible for managing and controlling financial processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and laws, as well as providing support to the management team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively in English is essential. The resource will be part of our internal AFC department and will collaborate closely with other teams to achieve the company's goals.
