Business Controller (m/w/d)

You want to do more than just report numbers, but have a real impact on the operational business? As Business Controller (m/w/d), you will be a sparring partner for our customer's operational units and ensure that numbers become concrete decisions.

Tasks

• Taking over operations controlling of our business units in close cooperation with management and departments
• Analyzing the operational business, recognizing deviations, and deriving concrete measures
• Developing key figures, dashboards, and reports further
• Supporting planning, forecasting, and steering
• Connecting numbers to operational reality

Qualification

• Fundamental controlling experience with a focus on operational management
• Solid understanding of GuV, cash flow, and cost structures
• Ideal experience in operational controlling in project-oriented environments
• Analytical strength: you go to the root of deviations and derive measures
• Futuristic thinking: forecast instead of looking back
• Safe handling of Excel, ERP systems, and ideally BI tools
• Able to present complex issues in a comprehensible way
