Business Controller (m/w/d)

As a Business Controller (m/w/d), you will be responsible for controlling and optimizing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing measures to increase efficiency and profitability. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to achieve these goals. Your tasks will include: • Financial planning and control; • Budgeting and forecasting; • Cost accounting and cost management; • Performance measurement and reporting; • Process optimization and process innovation; • Collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and team leaders; • Collaboration with external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers and partners. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Controller (m/w/d) who is passionate about numbers and has excellent analytical skills. You should have a degree in business administration or a related field and several years of experience in controlling and finance. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
