BUSINESS CONTROLLER

Hofmann Services Hofmann Professional is the specialized division of I.K. Hofmann - European group with over 40 years of leadership and experience in human resources services. On behalf of a client company operating in the metalworking sector, we are selecting a figure to be inserted into the role of BUSINESS CONTROLLER. Your role - Support in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts; - Collection, analysis, and verification of financial and management data from various business areas; - Preparation of periodic reports and analysis of deviations from main economic indicators; - Monitoring of company KPIs and collaboration in improving control processes; - Collaboration with various corporate departments to optimize financial process efficiency. Ideal profile - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering Management or related fields - Previous experience of at least 3 years in the role - Good knowledge of English language - Analytical skills, precision, and problem-solving attitude - Teamwork predisposition.
