Business Controller

As a Business Controller, you will work closely with various business units, supporting them with clear analyses, forecasts, and reports. Your input will contribute to informed decision-making at management level.

Your responsibilities:

• You will translate business data into clear reports and KPIs using tools like Power BI.
• You will be responsible for both structural and ad-hoc controlling, reporting, and business analysis.
• You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• You will contribute to projects and in-depth analyses for strategic decisions.
• You will help optimize processes within finance and operations.
• You will act as a sparring partner for the business, communicating your findings in an accessible and convincing manner.

We are looking for an analytically strong professional who proactively thinks along with the business. You are critical, but also have strong communication skills.

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in an economic field.
• You have at least three years of experience in controlling, preferably in an environment with multiple stakeholders.
• You can translate complex data into accessible insights for non-financial colleagues.
• Excel holds no secrets for you. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a nice bonus.
• You are willing to travel regularly within Flanders.
