Tasks - Maintenance and updating of controlling master data - Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports using BI tools - Conducting product calculations in the ERP system - Regular reports in the areas of procurement and sales - Participation in company-wide projects in the finance and controlling department - 1st- and 2nd-level support for the digital workflow solution LiquidOffice - Adaptation and further development of existing forms and processes - Implementation of new requirements in close coordination with IT and departments - Coordination with external partners, conducting tests and training - Documentation and continuous process optimization as part of digitization. Profile - Completed education in business administration, economics or comparable qualification - Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally combined with process/system responsibility - Interest in the interface between finance and IT, as well as technical basic understanding - First experience with digital workflow solutions like LiquidOffice or BPM tools is an advantage - Secure German language skills, good English language skills, French is an advantage - Analytical, structured, and self-reliant working style - High level of personal responsibility, communication skills, and team spirit.
