Business Continuity Manager (m/w/d) / Business Continuity Officer (m/w/d) Bank

You keep a cool head even in exceptional situations and want to take responsibility for crisis management? You work independently and are assertive? Then start with us as Crisis Management Officer!

Tasks

• You are responsible for crisis management (BCMS) and develop our system according to BSI 200-4 further.
• You conduct regular Business-Impact-Analyses, evaluate results, and derive measures from them.
• You create, maintain, and coordinate Crisis-, Business Continuity-, and Recovery Plans.
• You develop Contingency Concepts, Exercises, and Tests, support our departments in implementing them.
• You work closely with the IT department to align IT crisis planning and test runs.

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in Crisis Management or a degree (Business Informatics, Computer Science, etc.).
• Good knowledge of ISO 22301 or BSI IT-Grundschutz 200-4.
• Ideal candidate has experience in Information Security or Risk Management (e.g. ISO 2700X, BAIT, MaRisk).
• Structured, independent, and reliable work style as well as team spirit and communication skills.
• Optional: Knowledge of products and processes in the Banking Environment.
