Business Consultant (w/m/d) Banken und Versicherungen

As Business Consultant, you analyze and optimize professional processes and support our customers in implementing legal and regulatory requirements efficiently and sustainably in their projects. You work at the interface between departments and IT, create precise requirements, accompany technical implementation, and bring your expertise from the banking and insurance sectors to bear.

Tasks

• Self-directed consulting, leadership, and execution of complex projects in the banking and insurance sector for our customers
• Independent assumption, analysis, and conception of requirements, including regular coordination with project teams and relevant stakeholders
• Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements as well as ensuring compliance within projects
• BUILDING and maintaining a partnership-based cooperation and open and transparent communication with our customers

Qualification

• Experience in classical & agile IT projects from the banking or insurance sector
• Fundamental methodological & conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis
• A self-directed and structured work style, as well as the ability to empathetic communication
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
