Business Consultant (w/m/d) Banken und Versicherungen

As Business Consultant, you analyze and optimize professional processes and support our customers in implementing legal and regulatory requirements efficiently and sustainably in their projects. You work at the interface between department and IT, create precise requirements, accompany technical implementation, and bring your expertise from the banking and insurance sectors to bear.

Tasks

• Self-contained consulting, leadership, and execution of demanding projects in the banking and insurance sector for our customers
• Independent assumption, analysis, and conception of requirements, including regular coordination with project teams and relevant stakeholders
• Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements as well as ensuring compliance within the projects
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING A PARTNERSHIP-BASED COLLABORATION AS WELL AS OPEN AND TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION WITH OUR CUSTOMERS

Qualification

• Experience in classical and agile IT projects from the banking or insurance sector
• Fundamental methodological and conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis
• A self-contained and structured working style as well as the ability to empathetic communication
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
