Business Consultant (w/m/d) Banken und Versicherungen

In Your Role as Business Consultant, You will analyze and optimize professional processes and support our customers in implementing legal and regulatory requirements efficiently and sustainably in their projects. You will work at the interface between department and IT, create precise requirements, accompany technical implementation, and bring your expertise from the fields of banking and insurance to bear.

Tasks

• Self-directed consulting, leadership, and execution of complex projects in the banking and insurance sector for our customers
• Independent assumption, analysis, and conception of requirements, including regular coordination with project teams and relevant stakeholders
• Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements as well as ensuring compliance within the projects
• BUILDING and maintaining a partnership-based cooperation and open and transparent communication with our customers

Qualification

• Experience in the banking or insurance industry
• Experience in classical & agile IT projects
• Fundamental methodological & conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis
• A self-reliant and communicative working style, with which you proactively drive projects forward
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1)
