In Your Role as Business Consultant, You Analyze and Optimize Professional Processes and Support Our Customers in Implementing Legal and Regulatory Requirements Efficiently and Securely in Their Projects. You Work at the Interface between Departments and IT, Create Precise Requirements, Accompany Technical Implementation, and Bring Your Expertise from the Banking and Insurance Sectors to Bear.

Tasks

• Self-Initiated Consulting, Leadership, and Execution of Complex Projects in the Banking and Insurance Sector for Our Customers
• Taking on Responsibility for Taking Up, Analyzing, and Conceptualizing Requirements, Including Regular Coordination with Project Teams and Relevant Stakeholders
• Implementing Legal and Regulatory Requirements and Ensuring Compliance Within Projects
• BUILDING and Maintaining a Partnership-Based Cooperation and Open and Transparent Communication with Our Customers

Qualification

• Experience in the Banking or Insurance Sector
• Experience in Classic and Agile IT Projects
• Fundamental Methodological and Conceptual Knowledge and Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
• A Self-Initiated and Communicative Work Style, Which Enables You to Drive Projects Proactively Forward
• Fluent German Language Skills (at Least C1)
