In Your Role as Business Consultant, You Analyze and Optimize Professional Processes and Support Our Customers in Implementing Legal and Regulatory Requirements Efficiently and Sustainably in Their Projects. You Work at the Interface between Departments and IT, Create Precise Requirements, Accompany Technical Implementation, and Bring Your Expertise from the Fields of Banking and Insurance to Bear.

Tasks

• Self-Initiated Consultation, Leadership, and Execution of Complex Projects in the Banking and Insurance Sector for Our Customers
• Independent Taking on, Analysis, and Conceptualization of Requirements, Including Regular Coordination with Project Teams and Relevant Stakeholders
• Implementation of Legal and Regulatory Requirements and Ensuring Compliance within Projects
• BUILDING and Maintaining a Partnership-Based Cooperation and Open and Transparent Communication with Our Customers

Qualification

• Experience in the Banking or Insurance Industry
• Experience in Classical & Agile IT Projects
• Fundamental Methodological & Conceptual Knowledge and Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis
• A Self-Initiated and Communicative Work Style, Which Enables You to Drive Projects Proactively Forward
• Fluent German Language Skills (at Least C1)
