Your Mission

As a Business Consultant (m/f/d), you will take over the strategic support of new and existing clients and act as a communicative interface to internal specialist departments. Your goal: Strengthen long-term client relationships and achieve sustainable growth, high customer satisfaction, and measurable business success through data-based strategies.

Your Daily Business:

• Strategic consulting for clients on growth and business goals, budget strategies, ROI optimization, market positioning, and expansion

• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, as well as proactively identifying needs and development potentials

• Developing and implementing customized strategies to achieve client goals

• Identifying growth and efficiency opportunities, as well as cross-selling, upselling, and follow-up project potentials

• Defining relevant KPIs, regular analysis of account performance, and presentation of actionable recommendations

• Coordinating collaboration with Account Managers, Product and Service Specialists, and other internal stakeholders

• Introducing new products, services, and data-driven technologies into strategic client development

What Makes You Stand Out

• Min. 5 years of experience in consulting client support and basic experience in operational account management

• Experience in client management, business consulting, or a comparable role

• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving concrete measures

• Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, sense of responsibility, and talent for coordinating different stakeholders

• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, for successful communication with colleagues and clients

• Nice to have: Holistic understanding of the marketing mix (SEO, Social Media, CRM)
