Your Tasks

• Independent planning, steering, and coordination of M365 projects

• Management of project resources, budgets, timelines, and project progress, as well as proactive management of risks and dependencies

• Advising our clients on the strategic further development of their Microsoft 365 landscape and conceptualizing tailor-made solutions in the M365/D365 environment

• Translating business requirements into concrete project approaches and close collaboration with our technical teams for the development of sustainable solutions

• Active steering of collaboration between clients, internal project teams, and other stakeholders

• Accompanying change processes and supporting our clients in successfully establishing new technologies and working methods within their organization

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of professional experience in project management and/or IT consulting, ideally with a focus on Microsoft 365 projects and digital transformation

• Experience in planning and managing IT projects as well as in dealing with clients and various stakeholders

• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment; initial experience with Dynamics 365 is an advantage

• Understanding of change management and the challenges of organizational change processes

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as the ability to grasp complex issues in a structured manner and process them in a solution-oriented way

• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working as well as a confident demeanor in the client environment

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
