Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need a perfect CV.

More important is that you like to take responsibility.

You will probably fit in well with us if you

• have several years of experience in classic and agile IT projects in the banking or insurance industry,
• have already gained experience in software development projects,
• possess sound methodological and conceptual knowledge in IT business analysis and IT project management,
• can explain complex business and technical topics understandably,
• work independently, structured, and solution-oriented,
• enjoy working with people and are characterized by open and empathetic communication,
• are eager to take on responsibility and improve together with us,
• have fluent German language skills (min. C1).
