Business Consultant (f/m/d)

This challenge solves CELUM with its unique Content Supply Chain Platform, which allows marketing and product teams to quickly and effectively create convincing product experiences, release them, manage them, and use them in every channel.

The current search is for a Business Consultant:

• You advise and support our customers in maximizing the potential of the CELUM Platform.
• You are responsible for the successful implementation of customer requirements and plan, coordinate, and steer internal and external project resources.
• You are the central point of contact for our customers during the project period – both for new and existing customers.
• You clarify individual customer requirements, align with relevant stakeholders, and conduct training for various user roles.

Requirements:

• You bring a hands-on mentality and have a good understanding of SaaS platforms.
• You are interested in topics like Digital Asset Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, and can ideally already demonstrate knowledge in one of these areas.
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Consultant in a technical environment.
• You possess good analytical skills and do not lose your overview even in stressful situations.
• You have technical knowledge in XML configuration and Web and JavaScript development.
• You speak German and English (at least C1 level).
