As Sales Consultant at CY, you are the driving force behind our growth. You are responsible for expanding our client base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. In this all-round 360-degree role, you guide recruitment processes from A-Z, onboard new clients, and ensure excellent account management. You are the connecting link within our company and work closely with teams such as Resourcing & Marketing to provide our clients with the best possible service. Within the Sales team, teamwork and pleasure are central. At CY, we celebrate successes together, help each other excel both professionally and privately, and have fun at work.

• Generate new business and manage client relationships.
• Maintain close contacts with various departments for optimal client satisfaction.
• Manage prospect, lead, and commercial administration.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Make business trips throughout the Netherlands, give presentations, and provide advice.
• Contribute to a positive and motivating atmosphere.
• Guide recruitment processes from A to Z, including onboarding new clients and account management.

• A completed HBO education, preferably in a commercial direction.
• Commercial talent with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience in sales is a plus.
• You live in Groningen.
