Tasks

• Analyze and optimize business processes, system landscapes, and data flows to derive potential for optimization and digitalization
• Counsel clients in a professional and methodical manner, moderate workshops, interviews, and coordination meetings
• Elevate functional and non-functional requirements, structure, prioritize, and document them
• Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and specifications
• Bulid backlogs together with product owners and teams, maintain, and develop them
• Translate functional requirements into feasible solution concepts in close cooperation with architecture & development
• Provide expert guidance for design, implementation, and testing, including quality assurance (reviews, test support, acceptance)
• Support MVPs/prototypes/roadmaps, accompany trainings, go-lives, and the empowerment of key users
• You are a bridge builder between business departments and IT

Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in (business) informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or in requirements management
• Excellent understanding of business processes, IT systems, and software projects
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style
• Pleasure in counseling, moderation, and working with clients
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and stakeholder management
• Very good German and good English skills
• Nice-to-have: Agile project experience (Scrum, Kanban), technical understanding of modern architectures (APIs, Microservices, Cloud, Container), experience in regulated or complex environments (e.g., Public Sector, Industry, Trade)
