Business Consultant - Banking & Insurance (m/f/d)

As a Business Consultant, you will analyze and optimize business processes and support our clients in efficiently and future-proofly implementing legal and regulatory requirements in their projects. You will work at the interface between business departments and IT, create precise requirements, accompany technical implementation, and selectively contribute your expertise from the banking and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

• Independent consulting, leadership, and execution of demanding projects in the banking and insurance sectors for our clients
• Independent recording, analysis, and conception of requirements, including regular coordination with project teams and relevant stakeholders
• Implementation of legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance within projects
• Building and maintaining a partnership-based collaboration and open and transparent communication with our clients

Qualifications

• Experience in classic & agile IT projects in the banking or insurance industry
• In-depth methodical & conceptual knowledge and experience in project management and business analysis
• Independent and structured way of working and the ability for empathetic communication
• Fluent German language skills (min. C1)
