Business Consultant

In partnership with a large company, leader in the franchising segment, Also Hire is selecting a Business Consultant to work in Belo Horizonte/MG. This is an opportunity for B2B sales professionals who want to act strategically, helping to transform successful businesses into franchises.

About the Job: The Business Consultant will be responsible for guiding entrepreneurs through the process of formatting their businesses for franchise models. Acting as a consultant, the professional will prospect, present personalized solutions, and negotiate contracts, building lasting relationships and contributing to the expansion of various brands in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new potential clients interested in transforming their businesses into franchises.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand entrepreneurs' needs and present personalized solutions.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering continuous support and identifying opportunities for upsell.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Stay updated on market trends in franchising.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting or the franchise sector.

Differential:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to understand clients' needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Oriented towards results and able to work independently.

Additional Information:

• Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 19:00 pm (with a 1.5-hour lunch break).
• Employment Type: Cooperative.
• Remuneration:
  • Fixed monthly salary of R$ 2,450.00.
  • Aid to Cost: R$ 1,000.00
  • Premiums, commissions, and bonuses based on performance.
