Business Conduct and Audit Specialist (FMCG)

Responsibilities: Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Analyze business processes and data to identify compliance risks and develop recommendations for improvement. Develop and implement compliance monitoring and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compliance training programs. Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures. Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure that all audit findings are documented and reported to management. Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Identify and mitigate potential risks and non-compliance issues. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance. Assist in the development of corrective action plans for identified non-compliance issues. Ensure that all audit findings are documented and reported to management.
