Business Certifications Senior Specialist
Job description
ACTIVITIES:
- To manage operational relationships with the Verification Body (OdV) for all activities related to the certification of the gaming platform.
- To continuously monitor ADM regulations in terms of technical and regulatory compliance.
- To draft, update, and disseminate specific guidelines on technical and product compliance, ensuring their adoption by internal teams and Entain Group teams.
- To provide training and support to internal teams and the Entain Group to ensure adherence to guidelines and conformity standards.
- To coordinate and supervise external audits by OdV for the Eurobet platform and the Entain platform.
- To contribute to defining, planning, and monitoring the budget allocated to certification activities.
- To manage specific reporting and documentation of competence activities.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Bachelor's degree in technical-scientific disciplines (preferable).
- Several years of experience in managing certification processes for platforms and/or products in regulated sectors, preferably in the online gaming industry.
- Good knowledge of ADM regulations and procedures related to technical certification in the legal gaming sector (preferable).
- Fluent knowledge of the English language (minimum required level: C1).
Other characteristics:
- Autority and ability to manage relationships with external entities and interfunctional teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and problem-solve in complex and multi-stakeholder contexts.
- Tendency to work as a team and focus on results
