To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Business Central Developer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop & further develop Business Central: You will receive requirements from our business units on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and implement them solution-oriented – independently or in a team. You will actively participate in the further development of our company's own Business Central app and support the planning and implementation of projects and sprints in Azure DevOps.

• Business Central at the center: You are the point of contact for our employees with questions and problems concerning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and support them in their daily use.

• Microsoft 365 & IT Support: Furthermore, you will support our employees with smaller requests concerning Microsoft 365 – especially Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and permissions – and also pragmatically tackle general IT challenges in everyday life.

• Interface between IT & Business: You will work closely with our departments and external IT and Business Central partners to understand requirements, structure them, and jointly develop suitable solutions.

• Actively shape projects: You will support with tests, updates and smaller IT projects, document relevant IT and process information, and actively contribute to the optimization of existing processes.

• Drive digitalization: Together with you, we want to digitize and optimize internal processes step by step, automate workflows, and develop our own small solutions and workflows.

• Utilize new technologies: You will deal with the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence and support us in meaningfully using AI-supported extensions in Business Central, Microsoft 365 and other business areas.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Know-how: Ideally, you already have experience with Microsoft 365 and feel at home in the Microsoft world.

• Business Central Knowledge: Basic knowledge in development with AL code is an advantage.

• Understanding of Business: Good knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus and will help you to understand our business processes and requirements even better.

• Technical Understanding: You approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner and enjoy supporting colleagues with technical questions.

• Independence & Reliability: You work independently, conscientiously, and responsibly, and maintain an overview even with various requests.

• Curiosity & Development: You are interested in new technologies, digitalization, automation, and AI, and are eager to develop professionally and personally together with us. You don't have to be an AI or automation expert today – your curiosity and willingness to learn new things are what matter.
