The goal is to ensure a smooth transition into your new role. You will work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that meet those needs. This will involve analyzing current processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing a roadmap for implementation. Your expertise in banking domain will be crucial in this process.
