Tasks

Your Tasks:

• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for ERP and business applications (primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO) to support corporate goals and digital transformation.
• Ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business priorities, focusing on process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and measurable results.
• Lead cross-functional projects and programs, including time-, budget-, and resource planning, risk management, and change management.
• Steer and optimize the application portfolio, including contract management, budget control, and maintenance of supplier relationships.
• Foster user acceptance and stakeholder engagement through consulting, training, and support.
• Establish and monitor performance and quality standards to meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Ongoing identification of improvement potential in business processes and technologies to increase efficiency and competitiveness.

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Fundamental experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO (Finance & Operations), including implementation and optimization of ERP projects.
• Solid understanding of core processes: sales, procurement, production, logistics, inventory management, and finance, ideally in an industrial environment.
• Strategic and analytical skills to translate business requirements into IT solutions with measurable added value.
• Experience in project and program leadership, including Agile and Waterfall methods, budgeting, risk management, and resource planning.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams and successfully coordinate collaboration between business and IT.
• Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and user acceptance.
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and governance of IT/business applications; very good communication skills in German and English, Italian a plus.
