• Administration, support, maintenance, and further development of Enaio DMS and Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
• Ensuring stable application operation, including support, error analysis, user management, and release management
• Development of extensions, interfaces, and automations using Python, PowerShell, and VBScript
• Support of Microsoft SQL Server databases as well as creation and optimization of SQL queries
• Recording, analysis, and digitalization of business processes and workflows
• Conception, development, and further development of internal AI applications based on Microsoft Azure and OpenAI models
• Technical and organizational management of software, digitalization, and AI projects
• Agile project management according to Scrum with Jira as well as utilization of Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Prioritization and coordination of support, development, and project tasks
• Management of external IT, development, and support service providers
• Consultation and training of users
• Support of other systems and technologies, especially Nextcloud, Linux, Docker, Windows Server, and Hyper-V
• Creation of technical documentation and user guides

• Experience in the support and further development of DMS and ERP systems
• Good knowledge of Enaio and Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central
• Very good knowledge of Python as well as knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript, and SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI models, and LLM applications
• Experience with Jira, Git, CI/CD, and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of process analysis, workflow digitalization, and interface development
• Experience in project management and management of external service providers
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and prioritization skills
