Business Analytics Intern, APAC

Location: 3 International Business Park 05-23/24, Nordic European Centre, Singapore 609927 Position Overview Industrial Scientific is looking for a dynamic Business Analytics Intern to join our team in Singapore. This role involves supporting our sales organization by managing tools, processes, and data analysis. The intern will work closely with sales management to provide operational support, manage CRM systems, and support lead management and selected demand generation activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to analyze complex data sets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include: • Managing and maintaining CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information • Providing operational support to the sales team, including data analysis and reporting • Supporting lead management and selected demand generation activities • Collaborating with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth • Developing and presenting insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
