Business Analyst/Product Owner

As a Business Analyst, you will be the go-to person in our client's BSS organisation for new requests and changes related to charging system, CRM and the core billing system. You will interact with the IT Demand organisation across our client's business units, understand their requests and coordinate delivery • Bring an understanding of the enterprise, business system, business process, and industry to the team(s) supporting or interfacing with the application. • Identify and define the business requirements for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets the business needs. • Coordinate the delivery of solutions with IT teams. • Ensure that the delivered solutions meet the agreed-upon quality standards. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes or new features. • Provide input on the prioritization of requests based on business value and complexity. • Work closely with the development team to ensure that the solution is aligned with the business goals. • Ensure that the delivered solutions are properly documented and maintained. • Coordinate the testing and validation of the delivered solutions. • Identify and define the business benefits of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business processes and systems. • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that the solution is aligned with the overall IT strategy. • Ensure that the delivered solutions are properly tested and validated. • Coordinate the delivery of training and support for end-users. • Identify and define the business requirements for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Provide input on the prioritization of requests based on business value and complexity. • Work closely with the development team to ensure that the solution is aligned with the business goals.
