Business Analyst:in - Lexware Payroll (d/m/w)

In a agile team, you will develop together with developers, UX designers, and product owners Lexware Cloud Lohn & Gehalt further and find smart solutions for our offer. In this process, you will actively drive the development of these solutions and be responsible for their implementation from start to finish.

Your tasks in detail:

• You have the statutory requirements for payroll accounting in mind and lead necessary adjustments for our solution based on them

• You monitor, analyze, and describe legal requirements and ensure the continuous compliance of our online solutions for payroll accounting and employee management

• You identify themes and create concepts by defining guidelines. You always keep the needs of our customers in mind

• You prepare topics, act as a translator for our developers, and find practical solutions. You are open to solutions outside the usual ways

• You support our support heroes in solving complex customer cases by analyzing bugs, making them reproducible, and following up on fixes

• You are a competent contact person for your team colleagues with all questions

• You are continuously in exchange with the product owner, your team, BA colleagues, and customer support and work together to find common solutions across team boundaries

• You bring yourself constructively critical into the team dialogue and actively help find sensible, robust, and feasible implementations for new features
