Business Analyst

For our client in the banking environment in Bern, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst starting immediately to support a strategically important Compliance and Risk program.

Your tasks:

• Close collaboration with Product Managers and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize requirements
• Analysis of complex banking and organizational processes and their understandable translation into functional and non-functional requirements
• Identification and documentation of processes, relationships, and problem areas in the compliance environment
• Creation of functional concepts and specifications for implementation
• Definition and coordination of test cases as well as support during User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Participation in an agile environment according to SAFe principles

Your profile:

• University degree (university of applied sciences or equivalent), higher vocational examination, or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or compliance projects
• Very good understanding of banking and organizational processes in the area of compliance
• Sound knowledge in the field of Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
• Several years of experience in Business Analysis or a comparable role
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements
• Impeccable background (no debt enforcement proceedings and no criminal record entries)
• Very good German and English skills
