Business Analyst/BI Area

For our client, as part of professional activation, we are looking for candidates with a disability statement, for the position of Business Analyst/BI Area

Scope of responsibilities:
Cycle reporting coordination of KPI indicators
Maintenance and development of reports, dashboards, analytical tools, and data models
Presentation preparation, ad hoc analysis, materials for business meetings
Data management in a consistent manner, including presentation methods
Inventorization and monitoring of data sources regarding quality, completeness, and consistency
Improvement of reporting efficiency and reliability
Database support, analytical cubes - minimum level of creating and optimizing queries (SQL and/or DAX and/or MDX)
Automated ETL processes for data from multiple markets
Gathering, analyzing business requirements, and validation,
Creating documentation for new solutions
Data processing from satisfaction surveys and NPS reporting
Participation in projects implemented by the department
Requirements:
Current disability statement
Minimum 3 years of experience in providing business analysis, conclusions drawn from them, and presentations
Prioritized higher education or in progress (mathematics, statistics, econometrics, natural sciences)
Very well-developed skills in using tools: Power Bi, Power Query, MS Excel
Practical knowledge of SQL, Python (minimum libraries for analyzing and manipulating tabular data)
Mandatory fluency in English (at least B2 level - a necessary condition)
Able to work independently, effective communication with teams from other markets
Highly developed analytical skills and business understanding
Analytical thinking ability and problem-solving
Communicative and able to cooperate with technical and business stakeholders.
