Business Analyst

The Business Analyst performs professional duties related to the review, assessment, and development of automated business processes. The Business Analyst will analyze and translate operational requirements into system deployments and business process changes. They act as a change agent to help facilitate effective process re-engineering. After determining the scope and optimum solution, the Business Analyst will develop seamless solutions delivered to operations and our clients on time, within budget, and with high-quality results. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement. In addition, they will be able to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions based on that analysis.
