Business Analyst Versicherung (M/W/D)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our company, cognitivo AG, in planning, coordinating and implementing IT projects in the insurance industry. As a trusted partner of insurance companies, banks and financial institutions, we contribute to optimizing processes, developing new business models and paving the way for digital transformation.

We are seeking a highly qualified Business Analyst (m/f/d) for our location in Munich, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing IT projects in the insurance industry. In this position, you will contribute to optimizing technological processes and establishing innovative solutions in new markets.

Aufgaben

• Planning, leading and analyzing in IT projects in the insurance industry, from conception to successful implementation
• Collaboration with various departments to understand software development requirements and implement projects accordingly
• Creating analyses and concrete implementation concepts (analysis, concept, development, test, deployment)
• Ensuring that project goals, milestones and deadlines are met and project results meet quality standards
• Identifying risks and problems during the project lifecycle and developing and implementing suitable solution strategies
• Closely collaborating with external partners and service providers to ensure a smooth project implementation

Qualifikation

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a similar qualification
• Multiple years of experience in IT projects within the insurance industry
• In-depth knowledge of software development and experience with agile projects
• Knowledge about existing systems at insurance companies
• Mastery of complex data models
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling collaboration with various stakeholders
• Very good German language skills
• Team-oriented thinking and ability to motivate and support colleagues
